Terms & Conditions


1. General provisions

1.1. The following sales-purchase terms (hereinafter “Terms”) become a compulsory legal document for the parties after the buyer confirms these terms (i.e. after the buyer checks the box that he agrees with graztai.lt Terms and conditions when purchasing the goods). These terms describe rights and responsibilities of the person purchasing the goods in the e-shop www.graztai.lt (hereinafter “Buyer”) and „Silver Amber“ Ltd. (hereinafter “Seller”), terms for the purchase and payment for the goods, terms for the delivery and return of the goods, parties’ liabilities and other terms and conditions related to the sales-purchase of goods in the e-shop www.silver-amber.com

1.2. The Seller retains the right to modify, amend or supplement these Terms at any time, in order to satisfy the requirements of the relevant legal acts.


2. Sale-Purchase contract moment

2.1. Together with the order for the goods provided by the Buyer, these Terms become an agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller. The agreement is deemed to be concluded once the Buyer forms and confirms an order for the goods in the e-shop www.silver-amber.com and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2.2. Sale-Purchase contract is valid until fulfillment of obligations according of these rules.

2.3. Every Sale-Purchase contract is stored in the „Silver Amber“ Ltd. database.


3. Rights and responsibilities of the Buyer

3.1. The Buyer has a right to purchase goods in the e-shop www.silver-amber.com following the conditions stated in the Terms.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse to receive the newsletter or to terminate their subscription www.silver-amber.com page.

3.3. The Buyer must pay for the goods and take them according to the following Sale-Purchase contract.

3.4. The ordered products will be reserved and Seller will start execute the contract of sale only when the Seller receives a notice from the bank about the payment for the selected items. The Buyer must make payment within 48 hours after the order was made. If it is not paid during the period, Seller has the right to cancel the order since it is assumed that the Buyer refuses Sale-purchase contract.

3.5. The buyer must ensure that the registration and booking details are correct.

3.6. The Buyer must follow this Sale-Purchase contract and the legal acts of the Respublic of Lithuania.


4. Rights and responsibilities of the Seller

4.1. To create the right conditions for proper use of the e-shop according to the Sale-Purchase contract.

4.2. The Seller has a responsibility to deliver the ordered goods following the conditions stated in the Terms.

4.3. The Seller has the right to place on the e-shop links to other websites. For their information or activities the Seller is not responsible.

4.4. If the Buyer is trying to harm the e-shop work or stable operation the Seller may without prior notice restrict, suspend or limit Buyer`s access to the the www.silver-amber.com


5. Wholesale price policy

5.1. We are wholesalers and retailers. If you are a wholesaler, please contact us by e-mail info@silver-amber.com and we will give you the wholesales prices of amber jewelry.

5.2. Prices of amber jewelry products include all taxes, except delivery costs. For each product you have to add postage costs.


6. Privacy policy

6.1. Your shipping and billing address as well as personal details will only be used to complete your order and for communication.

6.2. Your indicated e-mail address may be used for promotional purposes, e.g. our newsletters, special promotions and other relevant information.


7. Delivery

7.1.We deliver the product to the address provided with your order.

7.2. Amber products are shipped within 5 working days after the payment is received.

7.3. All the orders are delivered using Lithuanian Post as a courier. The delivery may take 1-3 weeks.


8. Returns and exchanges

8.1. Products can returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania „Confirming the rules of the return and exchange of goods“ dated 29 June, 2001 (LR Ūkio Ministro 2001/06/29 d. įsakymas „Dėl daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“). The Buyer can return only the defective product using the services of the courier company or by registered post or by its own transport.

8.2. According to the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania „Confirming the rules of the return and exchange of goods“ dated 29 June, 2001 (LR Ūkio Ministro 2001/06/29 d. įsakymas „Dėl daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“) our company „Silver Amber“ Ltd. does not change and does not return these high-quality products: pearls, gemstones, precious metals and articles thereof. According to Lithuanian laws AMBER as natural origin stone and is considered a GEMSTONE since 1 May, 2016.

8.3. If customers would like to replace or return the defective product, they have to submit a written request, which must indicate the reasons for returning product and attach the confirmation of the payment. The refund may take place or the product may be replaced within 14 calendar days if the original product is returned in original packaging intact with the confirmation of the payment attached. The refund for the returned product is transferred within 5 working days to the account indicated by the customer after the seller’s written confirmation that the product was retuned in proper condition. In case of replacement, only equivalent (in terms of price) product can be replaced.

8.4. In case the product is not in a complete set, is damaged, or has inappropriate packaging, the Seller shall have the right not to accept the product, not to replace it and refuse the refund for the product. 

8.5. The seller pays the delivery charges of defective product if the returned product meets all requirements stated above. In other cases, the delivery charges are not refunded.


9. Responsibility

9.1. You are fully responsible for the data accuracy in the order form. We do not assume the responsibility for the consequences caused by false data.

9.2. There is a possibility that the received product might look slightly different from the original pictures on our website, due to the different settings on your computer and the website. However, all amber products are made of genuine Baltic amber and each piece of amber is unique and the product is handmade, therefore it’s impossible to produce completely identical products.

9.3. You have to be especially careful with hard surfaces. Some chipped pieces of amber are, unfortunately, impossible to repair. Our company is not responsible for the customer's inappropriate actions with Baltic amber product after its purchase.

9.4. If there are links in the Seller’s e-shop to the websites of other companies, organisations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained in these websites or the activity performed. The Seller does not supervise or control these websites, and does not represent these companies or persons.

9.5. For breach of the Sale-Purchase contract parties are responsible under the legal acts of the Respublic of Lithuania.


10. Concluding provisions

10.1. These Terms are concluded following the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. All disputes arising as a result of these Terms should be solved by negotiations. If the agreement is not reached, the disputes should be solved as provided in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
